Coaching Summary Action Template: This handy template is meant to be used after our coaching sessions. It will help you document your commitments to yourself and your action plan. Writing down your commitments reinforces them in your subconscious and holds you accountable. It’s an essential part of your personal development journey.

Coaching Preparation Form: This form is best used before our coaching sessions. Taking just 10-15 minutes to reflect on the questions will allow you to assess your current situation, reflect on your achievements, and pinpoint what you’d like to focus on during our session. Some clients find preparing their thoughts in advance valuable, while others prefer to complete them during our session. You’re welcome to choose the approach that works best for you.
